Terms and conditions

Facilitator/Business: Diane Hilleary, LCSW (GA) / Atlanta Center for Self-Compassion (“we,” “us,” “our”)
Offerings: (a) Tune Into You online circle (the “Program”) and (b) Be Held retreat (the “Retreat”).

1) Nature of Services (Not Therapy; No Medical Advice)

Our offerings are psychoeducational and supportive. Participation does not create a therapist-client or medical relationship. Content is general information, not individualized advice. If you are in crisis, call/text 988 (US) or 911.

2) Who May Participate

You must be 18+, able to participate safely via your own judgment, and agree to these Terms. You are responsible for your wellbeing and for seeking medical/mental-health care as needed.

3) Community Conduct & Confidentiality

  • Practice consent, compassionate communication, and respect for all identities.

  • No harassment, discrimination, recording, or link-sharing.

  • Group confidentiality is requested but cannot be guaranteed in online or group settings—share what feels appropriate.

  • We may remove anyone for violating these standards without refund.

4) Scheduling, Access & Materials

  • Online sessions are delivered via Zoom. Links/materials are for your personal use only.

  • We may adjust dates/times with reasonable notice.

  • All meditations, handouts, and recordings are our intellectual property; no reposting or resale.

5) Payments, Refunds & Transfers

Tune Into You:

  • Payment due at checkout.

  • Memberships: billed monthly on sign-up date; cancel anytime with 3 business days’ notice before renewal; no prorated refunds.

Retreat:

  • Full Payment Due at Checkout
  • Cancellations by you:

    • On/before Oct 20, 2025 you may cancel your spot and receive a 50% refund.

    • After Oct 20: no refunds/credits.

    • You may transfer your spot to a qualified replacement with our written approval by Oct 20th

  • Cancellations by us / Force Majeure: If we cancel, you receive a full refund or credit. For circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, public-health orders), we may reschedule or issue credits rather than refunds. We are not responsible for your nonrefundable travel or incidental costs—please carry travel insurance.

Early Bird & promotions: Promotional pricing applies prospectively only and is not retroactive.

6) Retreat Logistics (Rooms, Meals, Accessibility)

  • Room types (Shared/Queen/King/King Suite ensuite) are first-come and confirmed once payment is received. 

  • We accommodate vegetarian/GF/DF options where noted. Severe allergies may require you to bring supplemental food; cross-contact cannot be guaranteed.

  • Accessibility: please email requests (e.g., mobility, captions) at least 14 days prior; we’ll do our best to accommodate.

7) Health, Safety & Assumption of Risk

Participation may include gentle movement, breathwork, somatic practices, outdoor activities, and travel. You agree to modify or decline any activity that doesn’t feel right. You assume all ordinary risks associated with participation, venue use, and travel, and release us from liability to the extent permitted by law.

8) Photos/Recordings

We do not record online circles without prior notice and consent. Retreat photos may be taken for community memories; we will ask consent before using identifiable images in marketing. You may opt out at any time in writing.

9) Privacy

We collect basic contact and payment information to operate the offerings. We don’t sell your data. 

10) Chargebacks & Fees

You agree to contact us to resolve billing issues. Unwarranted chargebacks that are resolved in our favor may incur a $35 administrative fee.

11) Changes & Termination

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted with a new effective date. We may terminate participation for violations of these Terms.

12) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Venue for disputes is the state or federal courts located in Georgia.

Sliding Scale/Equity:
We reserve limited sliding-scale spots. If cost is a barrier, email diane@dianehilleary.com; priority goes to those with marginalized identities and financial need.
