Many of us were shaped by religious communities, family systems, and cultural messages that taught us to mistrust our feelings, question our intuition, and silence our deeper longings. We learned to look outside ourselves for truth, permission, and belonging. And over time, many of us became disconnected from the quiet, wise, life-giving voice within.
Circle Up is a 6-week virtual circle for spiritually curious, heart-centered people — especially those who have already done meaningful inner work — and want to reconnect with their inner knowing in a safe, grounded, playful, and IFS-informed way.
This is a space for people who sense there is more for them — more aliveness, more freedom, more trust, more joy — but who may have learned somewhere along the way that their inner voice wasn’t reliable, their feelings were too much, or their longing was something to override.
Together, we’ll begin to peel back the layers of inner patriarchy and inherited conditioning that taught us to disconnect from ourselves. We’ll explore intuition not as something dramatic or performative, but as a relationship — one that can be rebuilt with tenderness, curiosity, practice, and a more compassionate connection to the parts of us that learned not to trust.
Over six weeks, you’ll be invited to dip your toes into the waters of your own inner knowing alongside other spiritually curious people who are longing for a more embodied, playful, and self-trusting way of being.
This circle is for you is for you if:
You’re spiritually curious and want a more grounded, personal relationship with intuition
You’ve been taught not to trust your feelings, body, or inner knowing
You long for community with other heart-centered people who are exploring similar questions
You’re drawn to IFS-informed work and want to explore it in community.
You want to loosen old patterns of self-doubt, overthinking, or looking outside yourself for answers
You’re craving more creativity, aliveness, and connection in your inner life
You want a safe place to explore spirituality and intuition without pressure, performance, or dogma

Each week, we’ll gather to explore practices and perspectives that support a deeper relationship with your intuition, your inner world, and your own sacred aliveness.
how to honor your feelings and longings as messengers rather than problems
how to bring more play, curiosity, and imagination into your spiritual life
how to reconnect with life force energy, inner joy, and authentic expression
how to cultivate a more compassionate and trusting relationship with yourself
Each 90-minute gathering will include a blend of:
grounding and connection
brief teaching or reflection
guided meditation, intuitive practice, or embodiment
journaling or contemplative prompts
group sharing and community connection
simple invitations to explore between sessions
This is a circle for dipping in, experimenting, noticing, and reconnecting. Not forcing. Not performing. Not getting it “right.”

For more than 20 years, I’ve been walking alongside people as they find their way back to themselves, blending psychotherapy, mindfulness, and intuitive practices.
I created Circle Up as a space where sensitive, heart-forward, spiritually curious people can feel safe, seen, and supported — and where joy, play, and silliness are just as welcome as tenderness, insight, and healing.
When I'm not holding space for growth and healing, you can find me talking to turtles on a marsh walk, following winks from the universe, or disappearing into a rabbit hole of my newest curiosity.

Do I need to be intuitive to join?
No. Circle Up is for spiritually curious people at many different stages. You just need openness, curiosity, and a willingness to explore.
What do you mean by intuition?
Here, intuition means learning to listen more deeply to your inner voice, your body, your feelings, and the quieter wisdom within you.
What if I’m not sure what I believe?
That’s completely welcome here. Circle Up is not a space where shared belief is required. It’s a practice community for reconnecting with your own inner experience — whether you call that your intuition, your inner voice, your creativity, your life force, or something else entirely.
What is inner patriarchy, and what does it have to do with self-trust and intuition?
Inner patriarchy refers to the internalized messages that teach us to distrust ourselves, override our feelings, and look outside ourselves for authority. These patterns can make it harder to hear and trust our own inner knowing. In Circle Up, we’ll gently explore those patterns and practice reconnecting with intuition, self-trust, and a more authentic relationship with ourselves.
Is this group therapy?
No. Circle Up is not group therapy. It is a guided virtual circle with reflection, community connection, and experiential practices.
Will there be sharing?
Yes, but you’ll never be forced to share more than feels right. You’re welcome to participate at your own pace.
